When to Tesco mobile to buy a new phone, I did find the costume focus was quite bad ! Not all bad just bad in places. I was serve by one Tesco member & she was ok ,but we were having problems with the internet so I had to step outside, but I still couldn't get service so I went back in . But she had moved on to the next customer . I thought was bad ,so I were met with another member of staff ,& I found him rude ,& not customer focus ,& spoke to me so hash ,also he was chewing gum, not very professional I thought. He told me to leave my old phone with them ,& we sort ! But if you got a hour you can wait!! But it was the way he said it ,if you're get me in this😐 But things got sorted in the end. But I think they should work on customer care more. Just an update on Tesco's staff. On 4/1/24 . went in to top up on a few things, being just after new year! I started my shopping,but I took bad, So I needed a sit down for a bit,so I went through the barrier & sit down to recover. Minutes later this rude security man ask me If I paid for my goods yet? I tried to explain to him but he just laughed in my face, this really anger 😡 so I asked for a manger,I explained it to the manger.he did see my point at least. Called for breakfast this morning while car was in for MOT. Great breakfast, great service, young man with an amazing mustash and great smile. Great service in the mobile phone shop, will be back to see the great young man. Last but best of all young Harry what a great young man , we were looking for the price of Brandy he was very helpful, anything else I can help you with he says, only if you sold peppermint cordial I said, took us around to the concentrates alas no peppermint, not about to give up was Harry, schweppes I mentioned , around the corner he took us and there sat 3 bottles. Having placed my pound coin in the slot for the last small trolley in the car park, I then realised that it was chained securely to the metal poles that make up the trolley pens. With my pound in the mechanism I was unable to recover it and I had no trolley either. Feeling rather embarrassed for not spotting this beforehand I entered the store to seek help. I spoke to a lady who I took to be the duty manager who was very pleasant and directed me to member of staff named Mel. Mel knew where the gadget was for recovering pound coins in such circumstances and I was soon reunited with my coin. Thanks again to Mel and her duty manager for their cheerful and helpful attitude.
