If I could give zero stars I would!! The staff in this place are rude and absolutely clueless and it starts with the manager Antone who doesn't have a clue whats going on. Ordered food last night, 2 people ordered food after me yet they received their food first, all I ordered was 2 wraps. When I asked how long our order would be, the girl pulled a bag off the shelf that had been sitting there for I don't know how long and said 'here's your food'. I asked why 2 people were served before us and how long had our food been sitting there ready, the response was a total blank look and just 'here's your food' again. The manager stepped in and I again asked the same questions and the response I got was 'I was out the back so don't know what happened'. The solutions offered 'if your fries are cold we'll make u new ones', 'we'll put your name in the book for when u come in next'........absolutely pathetic!!

I didn't accept the food and asked for a full refund as I was that disgusted by their customer service or lack there of it. Whilst they were processing my refund I overheard a customer on the phone making a complaint. The lady that got her food before us even though she ordered after us specifically said 'please don't get my order wrong like u did last time'.

Just look at the reviews below and u will see a common theme of rude staff being clueless and more interested in fist bumping their friends and chatting to them over the counter than serving paying customers. Avoid this place...

Yesterday ordered the fast platter and rice. Was told over the phone 15-20mins. Got there after 25mins and went straight to the tills. Told the girl my name and order details, and she checked one of the bags behind her and she murmured about waiting for something and that it will be 20mins. I said ok and stepped back from the tills a bit. Could see there were around 10-15 orders in the kitchen with the phones constantly ringing which is all understandable given the time of the day. I was in the shop for about 15mins (19:19 to 19:35), facing the tills and the girl, and in that time they must have dealt with around 8-10 people. I went forward again and inquired about my order. The same girl turned around and checked the label on my food and brought the bag to the front of the till and took the payment. I asked her again what was the wait on my order then, when all this time i’ve been waiting here for 15mins. My food had clearly been ready all this time! She just replied that she’d been serving customers and walked off towards the back! I know how busy they were and in panic mode with kitchen full of people but the girl at the till needs to calm herself down and deal with the situation. She’s not the one cooking backstage and so I couldn’t understand why was she in stress when no customer was rude or anything, in that time when I was there. Maybe you need another person on the tills with her during busy times for support. Food was fine but service was zero on...

The most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. When I came in today, the man serving me and the two staff members in the kitchen made me feel extremely unsafe. From the moment I walked through the door, all three of them continuously stared at me. Even while I was placing my order, the server would not focus on what I was saying and instead looked me up and down in an inappropriate manner. While I waited for my food, the staring did not stop. As a woman, I felt genuinely fearful to even remain inside the store. When my order was finally ready, the server asked if I wanted sauces. I politely declined, but avoided eye contact because I was so uncomfortable. He then asked me a second time, clearly just to force me to look at him. When I left and got into my car, I saw all three staff members gather together and continue staring me down from the shop. At that point, I felt completely intimidated and shaken. This is not the first time this has happened—friends and family of mine have had similar experiences at this location. I will never be returning, and I will be taking this matter further. The behavior of your staff is unprofessional, predatory, and unacceptable. They should consider how they would feel if their own sisters, mothers, or daughters were treated...
