Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nottingham

Thought to myself, "I haven't had a pizza hut since I was a child" decided to treat myself to a pizza. Ordered my pizza on the app and when it arrived it smelled and looked tasty so I was quite excited. Then when I started to eat it after a few chews I had a horrible perfumey/chemical taste in my mouth which I have never experienced eating a pizza, as if the base was put on top of some perfume or cleaning product or something, the toppings themself were fine but the base was just VERY bizarre and perfumey. Usually I would just forget about it and try crack on but it was very disgusting and inedible so I decided to call the store. The member of staff simply said "we don't wear perfumes or aftershaves and everything is made fresh" - I explained it genuinely did not taste okay (I NEVER EVER COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING) - He wasn't interested and didn't even offer a replacement. Ordered 4 Flatzz to get the Wednesday offer for a free large pizza with orders over £15. For some reason the tuna pizza I selected didn't get added to the order, which I didn't realise until the delivery arrived. Called the restaurant to see if they could help rectify the situation, but the manager who answered had absolutely no interest in finding a solution, only kept repeatedly telling me I hadn't ordered the free pizza. Yes, my mistake for not double checking the final order before paying, but the decent thing for a restaurant to do would've been to allow a customer to have the offer they were entitled to, provided the customer would come collect it so the restaurant didn't have to arrange a second delivery.

The food was nice and arrived swiftly. It's only the customer service that left...

The Person Who Takes Your Order Over The Phone Does Not Speak English As I Live In England I Would Prefer Someone To Talk English To Accept My Order. As English Is Not His Preferred Language It Can Be Very Challenging For Them To Understand Your Order,So Your Order Will Always Not Be Correct As He Does Not Understand. Also It Seems This Pizza Hut Have All Pakistani Staff There Are No English Workers,This Concerns Me As Should There Not Be At Least 1 English Staff Member To Learn Them English. I Dread To Think Whats Happening To The Food Tastes Like They Are Not Doing There Job. Do Not Eat From This Store Travel Into Town And Dine In The Pizza Hut There And Yes They Have English Employess Your Health...
