KFC Nuneaton - Bermuda Park — Restaurant in Nuneaton and Bedworth

I placed my order (number 9061) for a wrap, but my experience was very disappointing.

The lady named Menuka dropped my wrap on the floor and then completely forgot about it. After a while, I saw the manager (a tall lady, though I can’t recall her name) pick it up. I was waiting, and since my friend - who had ordered a wrap after me - was already nearly finished eating his, I asked where my order was.

At first, they checked the computer and told me it had been marked as collected by mistake - Menuka had accidentally marked it as taken. Then, when I asked again a bit later, the lady named Ekta admitted that my order hadn’t even been started yet. At that point, I was very frustrated, as I had clearly been lied to. Out of anger and disappointment, I asked for a refund.

The whole situation made me feel very let down, especially because I’m a big fan of KFC and usually enjoy my visits. On top of this, I noticed the tablets at the restaurant were very dirty, which made the experience even worse.

Overall, it was a very sad and frustrating experience, and I left without my food and without the enjoyment I normally...

Very much like any other KFC but much dirty and some pretty unhelpful staff. I had my two young children with me so decided we would eat in. Luckily I had some baby wipes with me to clean both the table and hight chair. Every surface was disgusting in there every table was dirty and there was so much rubbish food waste on the floor. Because I had the two small children with me I opted of table service. When our food was ready the lady behind the counter just stood looking at me shouting table 24! Eventually I got the smallest one out the high chair and scooped up the bigger one and made my way to the counter. When I got there I said to the lady who was shouting table 24, that I had requested table service because I had the kids with me. She replied with sorry I didn't see it was table service I couldn't see your number. I'm pretty sure she would have known it was table service first of all and secondly she would not be able to see 95% of the tables in the place from behind the counter. Very lazy staff who have very low standards of...

What an experience. Not only does one visit for a family of 4 cost more than a months worth of shopping....the staff are like zombies with no brains or emotion. They do not hear you. They do not see you. They stand there staring out into the night sky. They hand over any food they like, without checking your order. They do not give straws or cutlery. They leave out any sauces and napkins and you have repeat yourself 10 times to get anything. You get given incorrect change & a longer wait time than a bus. get a grip KFC and invest in some employees that actually care. The bins are overflowing with rubbish, but hopefully, the Rats they attract will serve up a burger that isn't falling out of the box! I think considering all this and the cost of living, this will be my last visit to a KFC. They won't last long, society just cannot afford to keep...
