First impressions can really matter when you choose an establishment to relax and go for either a meal or tapas, but usually fail on so many things. Piero Lounge, continues to exceed my expectations. The environment is impressive and the staff are amazingly friendly, use gender neutral terms and efficient without making you feel rushed. The food menu, the preparation and dynamics as a coeliac individual - I'm blown away from the practise they adopt and execute! Leading in food allergies and the additional cross checks they make as an establishment in my opinion for sure! Food quality - Decent portions size, non wasted and the quality and depth of flavour across our order feedback was remarkable. As a coeliac the meal was delicious and we as a party genuinely appreciate and thankyou for such a warming and hospitable experience. Not many places get a genuine and honest 5 stars from me, money well spent and my only choice for a naughty morning brunch, cheeky afternoon drinks with the lasses or evening night out in Nuneaton as my personal recommendation.

Met a friend for lunch and a chat! The place was buys, however we got a table quickly. Our tiny table was at the back door, very small great for drinks, but not for lunch with plates. Cold draft was coming from the window as well. As soon as we realised it won’t be a good place to have our meal we asked to move our table. The staff on duty helped with that, food came promptly to the new table, clearly great communication between floor and kitchen. Very easy to order as you can use the QR code and pay on the dot. Plenty of option to customise your dish ( in my case the hot drink). The chicken burger I had was delicious, however the extra money for a sweet potatoes side upgrade wasn’t worth it. Very small portion. We stayed for coffee and cake and I loved my rocky road. Was slightly upset when a member of staff cleared our table, failed to ask how it was, did we enjoyed it but carried on chatting up his female coworker. Could be a generation thing, but you don’t just ignore your customers at the table as they won’t come back! Won’t generate profit and not going to pay your pay check!

Went for breakfast here and it was awfull. Sat at a table trying to have a chat but couldn't hear each other because the music was too loud.it feels a very weird place to sit in as there's loads of random mental decor. Nothing flowed the interior designer should be sacked for starters. The table didn't feel clean. The coffee was literally half a cup of foam. We had a big breakfast a sausage and bacon buttie, coffee and a coke. It came to 28 quid. So certainly not cheap. The staff were shouting across the dining area whilst we were trying to eat. The sofa and chairs wasn't very nice to eat on at all. The sausages were not nice, coffee was OK just half a cup. The bacon was nice, egg was snotty, i had to ask for sauce, black pudding was OK. But the whole experience made me feel so uncomfortable I couldn't even finish my breakfast. I had nicer breakfasts from road side vans if I'm honest. Won't be going back needless to.say. it looks alot better than it tastes. The venue probably makes it seem worse.

We had falafel wrap, pancakes and this bad boi NYC burger with fries. Piero is by far the best restaurant in Nuneaton. Prices are decent and manu has huge veriety. Could have more 0% beer choices thought like VolfasEngelman. Soo.. food! Wrap was amazing, huge portion. Rich taste and sizzling hot plate. Worth a try. Burger.. oh boy... honestly the best from what i tried around west mids so far. Sauce is simple and yet superb, pulled beef on top of the patty. Salad is something I never had before and just full of umami flavour. Fries ara crispy and they use interesting seasoning for them. Must try.... Staff were hella nice, helpful and friendly. Make sure to leave a generous tip! . Highly recommend to come here and try yourself. Also, i believe it is packed on weekends. 😅

Having walked out in disgust, before our order arrived, from an Italian Restaurant we were more than delighted to be warmly greeted by friendly staff at 'Piero Lounge'. Such a magnificent contrast, my bp was almost back to normal. The service was swift and efficient, all the staff were friendly. The artistically styled ambiance is delicately low lit creating an atmosphere of relaxed calm. The food we ordered was plentiful and tasty. The loos were spotlessly clean. I heard from an insider, don't tell anyone, that staff love working in this delightful environment. We don't often visit Nuneaton but next time we are there we will be back. We'll done to the manager, Becci, who maintains the relaxed tranquility that is 'Piero Lounge'. Don't miss this gem.

I visited Piero Lounge on Monday and finally indulged in their tapas selection. It did not disappoint!! What I ordered: • Salt & Pepper Squid ❤️ • Maple BBQ Fried Chicken Wings • Hummus❤️ Each plate is £4.75 or you can get three for £12.50 (which I obviously opted for). I am so glad I finally tried their tapas boards! I tend to struggle when ordering from any of the lounges but feel like I have hit the nail on the head with my order now🫶🏻. We went at around 3pm and it was so quiet (a 10/10 from me). The staff were very helpful and welcoming. No complaints from me! Can’t wait to live in Volpo Lounge (my nearest one) and try all their tapas now!! Overall: 10/10 ⭐️
