Second visit as our first wasnt the best but always willing to give a second chance..wish we hadnt! After ordering two simple meals we had 3 different ones arrive..then finally we get 1 correct me and when we questioned the second one we were made to feel we hadnt ordered, if it hadnt been for the fact the child had been given a fruitshoot i dont think we would have been believed! This finally arrived 5 mins later with sauce off the plate we returned! ( lagsane) Once again this was returned and was told yes we did add the chips! So after informing the chef this was unacceptable i was tols i had to wait another 10mins! By this time we had achild asking where his dinner was as mummy had hers.. Finally it arrived and we had a happy child..but...yes theres a but..a hair and a very long hair! Was then found in the adults meal! Again when asked to speak to management we were told they were busy!? I demanded my money back which i did ensure happened..but honestly 2 visits and it got worse..noway will we be visiting again! Shame i cant upload...

Oops once again I ate most of the food before making a review. I walked around the town Nuneaton for three hours and eventually after viewing many cafes I decided to visit this one. Unfortunately for the cafe te exterior is far less inviting than the inside. A tastefully decorated cafe with outdoor brolly covered area. I looked at the menu and decide, I would grab a cheese and ham baguette with a side salad, carrot cake, diet coke cup tea and fizzy water. It all turn up well presented on a tray by a very polite smiling lady. I was a liitle suprised. I was even brought milk and sauces without being asked if I wanted them. The food is lovely. Cafe has background music and a very lively chatty environment like it should be. Of all the cafes I seen this is the one I will come back to....

This is the best cafe we have been to in a long time! I had coffee and my children had milkshakes - all delicious and very reasonably priced. We also enjoyed a generous portion of chips between us. The staff are brilliant, going above and beyond to make people feel welcome. One member of staff even gave my son another milkshake, after noticing my son had accidentally knocked his over. I said I would pay for it but they insisted it was ok, which I thought was very kind. Needless to say, it was very child friendly and my little ones were thrilled to receive a surprise to take home at the end of our meal. Definitely recommend a visit! This will be our new go-to when we are in Nuneaton town centre. Thank you...

Waited about 5 minutes for my food and drink. The outside area is very nice to sit in on a warm July day. The tea was in a large mug and good value at £1.75. Scone didn't really seem like a scone and was essentially a mouth full of sugar. Too sweet and it just crumbled when you try to put butter or jam on it. Even the biscoff seemed unappetising after it. Service was amazing. Very friendly wait staff and made me feel at home here. Toilets are a problem - only a disabled one downstairs and currently no way to get to the upstairs ones.

We went to this place for lunch on a Monday afternoon. We arrived around 12 o clock and unfortunately did not get all our food until 1 o clock. The 2 jacket potatoes we had were nice but the 2 wraps we had were quite cold. The place weren’t very busy and the music was too loud. It wouldn’t of made a difference where we sat thought since the loud speakers were above most tables. Overall, it was good value but the thing that knocked our experience down was how long the food took and some food was quite cold.
