Subway — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

I wish I could give a smaller rating for the way she made us feel ... such an unpleasant experience, never have I ever been in a situation like this and i really hope someone deals with her and gives her the training she needs We went in this morning looking forward to pay with my hard earned points but was told I have to pay for the hash browns, I then mentioned no other subway has ever said that to me before to which her attitude changed and started raising her voice saying "I dont care what you know, I ve worked at subway for 15 years and never heard of hash browns being paid with points"

Awful and distressing experience, I actually never thought this kind of people are still allowed to work in this industry I can only hope that she gets the training she needs and hopefully she ll change for the sake of the business

Sandwiches aren't great with very little substance for what you pay I will spend my money elsewhere

We popped by at this branch yesterday evening just before 7:30pm, they close at 8. As soon as we walked in the women behind the counter didn’t have a name badge on, she was stressing and saying it’s nearly closing time. I asked if they closed at 8 as online and on the door and she made the order. Food was nice however she was rushing. We was about to say something as she kept mentioning she’s nearly closing and when we was about to pay she said take away as it’s not long until she closes and she only has 40 mins after closing and she won’t get payed. A mother and 2 kids came in around 7:40pm and she told them they was closed? I understand as in the past working in food retail you have a set time to clean and close a shop however I thought this was really bad customer service as they are open until 8 , so they should be...

Awful customer service. I never leave reviews. I Asked if I can have a footlong and only have cucumber one side for my son and I would have different on the other side. She said no. Ok, I’ll have two 6 inches then. Her eyes rolled as I said it, I then asked for a jacket potato. Her eyes rolled again like she couldn’t be bothered. She only made one 6 inches sub, I asked if she made the other one as I asked for 2. She told me I asked for one and gave me so much attitude with it. She quite clearly didn’t want me to order to make her do anything. I then told her to forget it and walked out. I should have realised when I walked in and the man before walked out with the hump and come to think of it she rolled eye eyes...
