Absolute shambles rude and poor standard from start to finish ordered my food at the door which is understandable due to restrictions although none of the staff had masks on inside Those that did (one)had it around his chin.. ordered a a small kebab with a salad when i arrived home the kebab looked like it had been towed at the back of the car and I reckon a rabbit would of turned the salad down.. however what they had done was bulk up the lack of meat salad soggy pitta bread with half cooked chips which I hadnāt asked for. After ringing them to discuss the poor quality of food and service they told me I had to drive back with the food to get a refund as there was no food left.... when I arrived Again the manner I was treated was unacceptable and the manager boss refused to give me A replacement meal however he did offer my money back..I explained that I had allergies and if I had wanted fries Iād of asked for them he then Said it was my fault I should Of told him I didnāt want them. To cut a long story short when I told him I wanted compensating for my travel as well as either my food refunding or a replacement all of a sudden a fresh kebab appears... it is panto season after all...when I said Iāll post a review he was very happy for me to do so...please see First kebab then second kebab which...

After placing an order from Uber Eats, after 5 minutes, I mistakenly selected that the order had arrived, so I couldn't track the delivery when I called the store. Ali said it had been delivered. So I was confused that it couldn't have been delivered that early. When I checked the camera, I saw nobody in the street. When I called again, Ali picked up and told me I needed to wait, very rudely, so I said it was fine, but you just told me that it had been delivered, so I was a little curious. Then he replied very rudely. I said, "Then you shouldn't check orders properly and shouldn't lie."
He said I wouldn't get the order and to contact Uber support, which I did with all the call recordings.
When I called a third time to get his name, a lady picked up the phone, and she replied nicely that my order was on its way.
I will take this further as we trust this shop, and with this type of person, we as customers can't trust food standards or trust. As our order was sent non vegans instead of...

My wife ordered a family meal deal, and paid extra for extra toppings which didn't happen.
Ordered BBQ ribs but they delivered BBQ wings.
All in all a very disappointed family and wasted money.
When she rang them to inform them, they offered no understanding or willingness to correct their errors not 1 but several mistakes, The general response by the staff was first to lie by saying they had ran out of the additional toppings, then to say if we could get to them they would exchange, confirming they did have the toppings - š¤ not sure which is true. Obviously if we could do that we would not have paid for the food to be deliveredš³š so basically they offered no solution šand accused us for not calling an hour ago, again a lie on there part as the delivery hadn't even been delivered an hour ago!!...
All in all they were extremely unhelpful and rude!
