So first, someone in the shop decides to put 4 cold cans of coke, in a paper bag, with hot food so when the order got to my door the bag split wide open and one of the cans popped. Then I realised the bueno cheesecake lid had come off (I assume when the delivery lady tried to save the can of coke) and chocolate had gone all over the chips and the boxes of the burgers (the burgers were safe luckily) phoned the shop to let them know what happened and all he said is that the driver must have shook the bag.. never mind the cold cans in a paper bag. We salvaged some of the chips but they were mostly rotten and freezing cold so theyāve gone in the bin. (Bare in mind we ordered on Uber eats and it shows you the drivers journey so I literally saw her go from shop to my home in 12 minutes)
The meat burger was really soggy so after a few bites my partner decided to leave it. I had the vegetarian burger.. it was gross. The halloumi and top bun was nice so I ate that and the rest went in the bin as it was inedible.
I would definitely not recommend this place and wonāt be ordering again as the guy on the phone was really unhelpful and just kept saying I had to speak to Uber eats to...

I went back on the Uber app with no luck so called again, told the young lad in the past this has happened and other takeaways have happily and very quickly cancelled my order so I can replace with the missing items, he said well we donāt do that and cancel it yourself. After searching I managed to get hold of Uber and get the order cancelled only to find I had been charged the full amount for causing an āinconvenienceā to the store and to compensate them. The most important thing when eating in a new place is customer service and unfortunately it only takes one rude staff member to ruin the whole experience. It was just me and my friend eating in and we kindly asked the young man at the front to turn the music down so we could talk and enjoy our food. The member of staff ignores our request and continues to blast the music even though we were the only customers inside!. When I asked him to turn the music off he just began to be rude for NO REASON. He did eventually turn it off after I asked a third time but he ruined an evening out so I wont be giving this business...
