Not been to this restaurant for a while.Been many times over the years before it was done up.Food poor.Cold when arrived.Prices gone up but quality gone down. 2 lamb chops on a starter freezing cold and tough to chew.Any restaurant or delivery always get 3 or 4 chops.Chicken chat cold hardly any chicken chat to put on base what you did get never covered base.Chicken tikka massala the worst we have tasted chicken chewy did not taste like chicken weird texture.Curry cold also.Maybe they have changed chicken supplier.The owner RAJ.needs to appreciate the customers that gave him the money many years ago to improve the surroundings in the restaurant. The food was great, really fresh and tasty the service was a bit slow but we were a large party. The staff also were very pleasant. Prices were good and the place was clean. This was my first review.

This is my second. I recently went in for a takeaway and was very disappointed. Portions ok but hardly any ingredients approx 4 pieces of meat in each of the dishes drowned in curry sauce. Very tough meat. Chicken was tender but again not much of it. Best thing about this takeaway order was the poppadoms onions mango chutney and naan bread. Felt sad that it wasn’t as good as last time I ate in. Been a few times to eat in its usually ok, very busy but not many Indian takeaways in area. It was a Tuesday night. The place wasn't crowded, as you can imagine. One waiter and the owner were serving. We spent about 2 hours there and not because we wanted to but because of the unexpected delay in serving us. We waited around 20-30 min for the poppadoms to come, fine. The starters came after another 30-40 min. Incredible, I know. When the mains finally arrived, we weren't hungry anymore, had a little and took the rest home. The food was alright. Nothing special. The price of the food reasonable. But the waiting made everything not worth it. Very dissatisfied. Oh! If you are gluten free or celiac, the mains are fine, but they fry everything in the same oil and there's plenty of battered stuff. I wouldn't risk it...
