I would give 0 if I can. Had good experience here usually, the owners are good, so I always bring more of my friend here to try it out. However today not only was both of us given wrong order, the employee throw a huge temper unprovoked and was throwing things around. She completely shut down and was just angrily throwing things. My friend ordered a milk tea with pudding and red beans but she gave her a chocolate milk tea with unknown stuff at the bottom but we didn’t notice until we left. I also got the wrong order as well and I was just double checking with her if I took the right one, and she started to get very angry despite we were really polite. Have never experienced such nonsense behaviour ever. I can understand how hard it is working in a busy and won’t really mind if employee sometime have bad attitude or look annoyed. Ppl can have a bad day, but this is too far, throwing things around angry at us unprovoked. Also, threw away the milk teas since we suspect she added “extra” ingredients in, the color is off and...

I went this bubble tea shop yesterday and tried their drink Passion fruit booster it was tasty and fantastic. But I want to share my experience while ordering I noticed two Chinese girls ahead of me wasted my time and the employee's time by talking to each other than actually ordering and then started arguing about the price and confused the employee with their strange orders. After the employee made their drinks, the girls accused her of making the wrong drink and the employee tried to remake their drink instead they left without apologizing or taking the drink offered. It was disheartening to witness their disrespectful behaviour towards the employee, and I later saw a negative review written by one of the girls. Employees deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, and I hope people will show more consideration towards those working in the...

This is a GOOD STORE and I PROBABLY SPEND MORE THAN A HUNDRED POUNDS PER YEAR HERE!

I have ordered at least 20 drinks from this store in the last twelve months and probably tens of drinks beforehand. The milk tea is genuinely good, they maintained the recipe from the previous Chinese owners(?), don't be fooled by that the staff aren't Chinese - I grew up in Hong Kong so I know I can judge this well. That's what I mainly have. The non-caffeinated drinks are good as well, for example the mango slushie. The atmosphere is good and lively.
