KFC Oxford - Cowley Road — Restaurant in Oxford

Placed an order last night in store. Firstly the take away driver raced to pick up a delivery and bounced off the rear of my car as I was backing into the parking space. (Luckily he didn’t damage my car) he shared no sign interest by his actions. I expressed this to the man on the counter. He didn’t seem concerned, I then placed my order and the order was suggested to take 12 minutes, 30 minutes later the order was ready .. I expressed my frustration and disappointment by the service and the man who serviced me started to laugh at us like I’d told a joke. What a horrendous service I’d highly recommend not using this location. There were dozens of men outside smoking weed .. the man taking orders was doing deals with ‘regulars’ KFC is one of the biggest fast food chains in the world. Yet if they all provided such a lack of professionalism the company would be out of business. KFC WAS NOT WELL PROMOTED LAST NIGHT. the food was horrible and chicken was very pink the chips were still hard. What a complete waste of money. I felt humiliated when leaving that branch as we was clearly just a joke. Hanging around for such revolting 🤮 meal .. I do not want to eat from KFC again based off last nights service. Excellent Chicken meals, finger licking tasty. I always like KFC chicken legs. I bought a basket of 14 pieces meal with 4 chpis for ￡16.99 from this KFC. I specifically requested for all chicken legs as other dinner kids also like chicken legs. The staff told me that i have to wait for ten minutes if that was what i wanted. Found at home that there was a chicken wing. Unsatisfied i rang the takeaway, and was not happy although understanding with the answer he gave, he has to cook 72 pieces of chicken to serve me with 14 chicken leg pieces. I told him before he put the chicken wing in there he should have told me. In the end i phoned the KFC head office UK, and complaint to Joy. She was most helpful and delight to talk to, although she pretend that she did not know the trade to find out if i was honest to her. A few days later, i got an apology from her in the post and a voucher of ￡3 as a gesture of good will. I give no stars what so ever to kfc cowley road oxford there dilveroo service is shockingly disastrous, had placed the order with them nearly 2 hours ago for them to keep updating a new time for when it will be delivered and now there saying they have no riders/drivers available for delivery after stating "Jonathan will be leaving shortly" having to cancel the order maybe if they prioritise their deliveries more than there walk ins they may get some better reviews I cant comment on the food as now I am not feeling to eat anything so therefore it has been cancelled. Could have had several deliveries made in the time it has taken for them to get the order under way for preparation it is ridiculous one minute it's about to leave the restaurant and when contacted via live chat due to ringing 6 times and having no answer they are saying it still hasn't been prepared and will take another 23 minutes to do this so therefore we wouldn't of seen the order for almost...
