Starbucks — Restaurant in Oxford

I visited Starbucks on the 15th of June to purchase four coffees, and unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff behind the counter showed a clear lack of interest and professionalism. When I tried to politely read out my order to ensure everything was correct, the staff member rudely cut me off and insisted, “It’s right,” without even allowing me to finish. He then abruptly asked for payment, without any form of courtesy or customer engagement.

What made the situation more frustrating was that the store wasn’t even busy at the time—there was no rush or long queue to justify such dismissive behaviour. I left feeling disrespected and dissatisfied with the service I received. Starbucks is known for its welcoming atmosphere and quality service, but this experience fell far short of those standards. Not many ppl realise it's here if they're rushing to shop in Sainsbury store below where there's also an Argos which is handy .. The stores not too busy,but there is a section for ppl to use WiFi(and wait for family while they shop).Lift available for ppl to use and large entry for customers with disability-also steps for the more fitter person that chooses to go up saving energy!! I've not eaten here yet .but my past hot chocolate was cold and in telling staff this time as I didn't last time I HAD LOVELY HOT CUPPA NICELY DECORATED..GREAT SERVICE ...
