Golden Park — Restaurant in Pembroke

I have bought food 3-4 times already from this place. Even though its not authentic the food tastes good and quantity & pricing are reasonable. I am not an expert but I believe their salt & pepper wings are not theirs just straight from supermarket frozen to their oven. The one problematic thing I could think of is, they don't accept cards.

Unfortunately I reduce 2 more stars because of my last takeaway incident. The lady (i think the owner) is very rude and arrogant. She charged 50p on the card without telling me. I just asked why you didn't tell me or atleast you should atleast inform people before charging, but she wasn't listening and started screaming. She calmed down only after I asked for refund. Finally I left with the food and paid the money as she asked. Unfortunately...

Spent yesterday evening at the beach at Freshwater West & stopped off here for takeaway on the drive home. Firstly & contrary to a recent review, I paid by card, not cash, card payment just wasn't advertised, I simply asked. There were 5 of us & all the food was excellent, freshly cooked & hot, very tasty & the portion sizes were more than enough. I had the House special fried rice and it was packed full of ingredients. Although we were apprehensive about ordering because the reviews weren’t great and we have high Chinese standards, we were very pleased with our takeaway. We spent about £70 on the usual chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, duck pancakes etc. Pretty much what you’d expect from a Chinese.
