Pizza Hut Plymouth West — Restaurant in Plymouth

Ordered 2 pizzas and the wrong item arrived (was sent a pizza that had my additional toppings on it but not the original) called in and after a bit of confusion from the lad who answered the phone they offered to remake the order and deliver in 20 minutes. About 35 minutes later one pizza turned up, this time the toppings were right but the crust was wrong. Called back and said what had happened and that I want a refund as I know have a cold pizza and a wrong pizza, the lad who spoke to me said I could have a refund but it has to be requested online. They had ZERO interest in resolving my issue and no interest in customer service. I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to and the name of the manager to quote in my refund request - he wasn’t sure of either!!!! (Shay and Matt…. He thinks)

UPDATE - Pizza Hut are now refusing to refund me despite not delivering what I ordered. So you are literally risking your money if you order from here. For me I will make a claim via my credit card so they will be even more out of pocket than if they sorted my issue.

I ordered 7 chicken wings not 4 chicken wings and 3 chicklet wings. One was so small i thort it was a burnt bit that had fallen off another.

2nd i went for a small pizza fair enough! But again was so small it could rattle in box.

As for taste.. the chicklet wings we're beautiful although small. Sadly the same could not be said for the pizza, on the plus side my jaw got a good workout. This was mainly due to chewyness of the pizza and probably looking for taste.

Having given up on searching for taste i gave up and got the ketchup out of the cupboard. I then considerd my lifes choices in a moment of shear frustration brought on by the expensive bland meal id brought from pizza hut. At one stage i considered eating the box to see how similar it would be to pizza.

In short there are better places for money and food. I went for the name...

Ran out of garlic powder? Every bloody time all our pizzas arrive without it on a regular basis eventhough we specifically chose "with garlic powder". For the second time all our pizzas (3-4 large pizzas per dilevery) arrive crushed and with the wrong toppings. 9/10 never packs the sauce whether free or if we pay for it. The pizzas are covered in oil to the point it soaks through the box in a puddle. The customer service on the phone is a joke, so rude and unhelpful. Worst PizzaHut in town, it's a shame we can't chose where to get them delivered from. None of the complaints are ever taken seriously on the phone so decided to leave the review here.
