Such a sweet, little place tucked into the corner of a lovely park. Clean and uncluttered cafe that was a reprieve from the moody weather.
There are a ton of food options - including vegan and vegetarian options! They also have a little tea with a warm scone that was so good! Iām not quite into British culture enough to drink tea, so I had an iced coffee that was perfect.
The woman who took my order was very kind and the service was so fast! There is a definite sense of pride in the place the employees / volunteers are working. Couldnāt have asked for a nicer person.
This location works for a charity that is fully described on their menu!
Recommendation: 10/10. Absolutely. Iāll be back soon. If you sneak in for a bite or drink, know that youāre supporting a fantastic location...

After 10 minutes the girl making the coffee finally interacted with me, saying she would take my order soon, but then disappeared for another few minutes. I spoke to a couple who had placed an order before I arrived and had still not received it. They said they'd been there 20 minutes, so I gave...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove this place and regularly visit on a Saturday morning. The coffee served is Mozzo Coffee which is smooth and a good taste and served with a smile. The bacon sandwiches are lovely, with good thick bacon and nice bread. The venue is small, but well laid out, and the little walled garden is delightful to sit out. Like Victoria Park itself, it's hard to remember you're in the middle of Portsmouth city. To top it off, it is operated by the Society of St James 'providing employment and training opportunities to local people with histories of homelessness and substance misuse.' You can also buy a Pay it Forward coffee, which will be given to someone...
