Latest visit; This place is becoming a complete joke, but we aren't laughing, if you want a milkshake forget it, I have not been able to get one in the last few months, machine is awaiting part's is the excuse, but when you see many staff dishing the dirt about this you have to wonder.
But that's not all, today we used the collection point, no salt, but they went and got me some, but as we began there were no serviettes, the so called hot drinks were not even luke warm, and if that wasn't enough there was no sugar, no stirrer, and my capachino was black coffee, had enough and went in to get a refund which they did, but it should never have been needed, they were run ragged in there it's a miracle they get anything right, not sure I will go there again it's that bad.
Previously Updated comments, Original below; Not much has changed, but they got order right this time at least, had the BBQ Chicken one, it was ok, but the bun was half off and it dragged some lettuce with it, nothing worth worrying about, but the bag had some sort of sauce that it was placed on a side, or the box leaked in the bag, not impressed as it went on my clothes and car seat, but it was ok for the most part.

Full experience: I recently decided to try McDonald's new Hat-Trick sandwich and ordered three for delivery via Just Eat. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when all three sandwiches arrived, missing a slice of cheese and a beef patty each. The quality was nowhere near what was advertised.
I immediately sent a complaint, but the response I got was dismissive. They said they couldn't accept the complaint based on the information I provided, even though I sent them clear pictures.
I'm not sure if other people have similar issues with this McDonald's, but in my case, this is not the first time it has happened so I wanted to make sure this time the problem would be resolved. Read moreEarly morning visit with the family after arriving from London for a dance compo. We were met by the most customer engaging and friendliest staff member ever, Alicia. This lady not only engaged with us from the beginning but throughout, checking on our table service and if the meal was good. We were no exception, Alicia was providing this high level of service to everyone in the store lifting spirits with her personality and bringing smiles to people's faces. Once i had finished my meal i popped to the loo and passed her leaving the facilities having just cleaned them, again with a spring in her step and friendly as ever. I have not had such great customer experience for a long time from any industry and wanted to highlight your fantastic staff member, Alicia. I hope that she continues her great work and she is recognised for this.
