Beyond terrible. Party of 20 for Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. I felt very sorry for the girls who had the uneviable task of looking after us. Appalling room doesn't cover it. Freshly painted still tacky gloss on the stairs. Blue protection tape on the floor......smell of paint was overwhelming. No tables were out let alone prepped. Booking to eat at 3.....finally ate at 3.45. . Tressel Tables and tressel benches...no chairs which is fine for kids but not for 75+years old attendees. One bench collapsed with just one adult sitting on it. 6 chairs appeared from somewhere for the older members of the party but all other adults sat purched, waiting for imminent collapse. Food came out in dribbs and drabs....from the pub across the road so Luke warm by the time it got to us. One of the party didn't get her dinner till 75% of the party had finished theirs. No salt and pepper. By the time sauces were bought out most had finished. All in all a terrible expensive experience. I can't fault the waitresses they did their best. But no sign of management. If this place says they can cater for a large sit down party......they really can't. Will never set foot...

Highly recommend Scotts Tap & Keller. We hired the venue on Sunday afternoon for a birthday party and had a fantastic time. From initial contact with Paul to the running of the event on the day managed by Mike and Matt everything went smoothly and we cannot fault anything. The venue is modern and very clean with a great selection of drinks. Many beers and gins were tested by our guests. All staff members we encountered were friendly and professional and went out their way to help us. Our friends and family all shared our positivity and will also be be returning. We look forward to visiting again soon for a drink and would definitely consider future birthday's here. Thanks again! Alice, Raff...

I had my hen party here in February 2022. Paul was so helpful and so friendly! Communication was great and he allowed us to do what we needed to the venue. On the day my friends were able to go in and decorate the venue in the afternoon.

The two bar staff that were working were excellent! So happy, friendly and chilled. I had lots of compliments on the team and the venue itself as it’s so quirky. The drinks were reasonable and there was so much choice!
