Visited on a Wednesday, so was quiet.
The venue, is clean, trendy and authentic, no faults there.
There were 2 of us and we ordered:
Mixed kebab starter - nice and tasty, though presentation a little lackluster. Onion bharjis - no issue, very tasty Lamb bhuna - fantastic, thick, Lamb tasty. Stunning to be fair!!! Lamb Rogan Josh - very tasty Pilau rice - no complaints Brinjal bhaji - actually fantastic Roti - crispy, no complaints
Special credit as well for serving a different beer than the usual Cobra in Bombay Bicycle (along with Kingfisher).
Was also VERY well priced!
So...why not 5*???
Well, sadly the portions were the smallest I've been served in recent memory.
Both combined would have really only stocked up one plate fully, which is a shame as I actually felt hungry...

I went in with the family 7 of us we turned up and all seemed ok, staff was pleasant and food not bad ...Then the staff started arguing and threatening each other that they was going to knock each other out... in front of my kids... well my brother in law asked them to stop several times....the kids was upset about the situation,So with that atmosphere we ended our meal....then they said we could have £20 discount of a £110 meal ...well I thought what a cheek so told him £30.00 and that was all he was getting due to the fact we didn't finish our meals and totally ruined the evening and gave my kids nightmares ....SO I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN...

Mind you, all these items were listed separately on the menu.. and the waitor was incredibly rude and said "If you dont order curry, you cant have the rest!" I have been to many indian restaurants and never came across such a weird rule. I asked him where does it say in the restaurant that you cant have anything if you dont order curry, he just said "it doesnt say anywhere but that is the rule!" In the most disrespectful way possible....
