I was supporting a group of 5 disabled clients I work with today. We decided to stop in Wetherspoons to grab drinks and eat our sandwiches as it was raining and the guys we hungry. We were served by a polite male staff on the till who was friendly and understanding. When we got our sandwiches out, a member of staff told us we have to sit elsewhere if we want to eat our own food. I explained I understood it was out of the usual but most places are fairly understanding, that there are no clear rules stating we canât do this and that we have actually ordered many drinks. The woman continued to be rude and not very understanding. I am very lucky it did not trigger any behaviours for my clients and they packed their sandwiches up without complaining and we ate in the rain. A woman behind me then continued to be very rude and tell us we are silly and no where will let us in. I said I understand this but weâve had kind retail staff members let us eat before as we donât cause any bother and always order drinks but she continued to go on and the staff members watched and ignored. Eventually we left. Not a pleasant experience. Would have had a few nasty things to say in person if I wasnât with my clients as was focused on making sure...

If you go to eat here try to get a booth. Food is generally good, however when looking on the app to order it was apparent there were a lot of things that we could not order, when we ordered dessert they were cold and not warm like we thought they would be, four scotch pancakes and one small scoop of ice cream with that isn't enough. The person who I was with ordered the chocolate brownie because both the cookie sandwich and the fudge cake was crossed off the app, and when it was given to us we were given an apology that the brownie didn't have any sauce that it was meant to have because they had ran out. Service was very very fast however, waited less than ten minutes for food to arrive which is great. Four stars because fast service and good food, not five because there could be room for...
