Fell across the Hard Dock Cafe. Met with family for Saturday breakfast. This place is a hidden gem!. Situated at the far industrial end of Preston Docklands it has been a family run business f520 years. It is small and very casual indoors, but enter, there is chatter, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff to warmly welcome you through their door. They do a range of catering services. Functions - for weddings, parties etc. Meal preps, platters, takeaway food. The menu eat in food is all freshly prepped and prepared and very tasty! The entrance is via metal security gates, to the rear of the building and within a campervan compound. If you are looking for a great location with scenic views whilst you eat, this is probably not the place for you. If you are all about the food, forget about your big eating establishments in the area and give this family a try. They have a range of meals to choose from, including breakfasts, lunches and Sunday lunch too!... vegetarian meals are somewhat limited, but they will adapt your plate, replacing unwanted items with alternatives. There is a small outdoor seating area in summer months, ideal after a stroll around the docks and for dog walkers alike. For service, atmosphere, friendliness and good old traditional food - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A little hidden gem of a cafe on Preston docks. A family run business been going 20 years serving excellent food. A great varied menu and lots to choose from. Friendly staff and a very quick service. Freshly prepared food and service with a smile. Wallings ice cream is available as well. There is seating in side and outside. The outside is a proper sun trap. Best food on the Docks. Don’t bother with your mass market food outlets this little cafe is far superior. Located next to Marquis caravans and the road down to the Ribble Steam railway. Parking is on the road. Closed on Sundays.

This is our favourite cafe, and we go here several times a week for lunch. The food is homemade and absolutely beautiful, second to none. Every day there is a specials board alongside the comprehensive menu and there is something for absolutely everybody, whether you fancy a light snack or a full meal. Debbie, Tynan and the rest of the staff put 110% in every day to ensure that each and every customer has a very pleasant experience and goes away with a full tummy!

I had seen the delicious menu kept appearing on my newsfeed,so decided to try and I certainly was not disappointed, the service was excellent, the ambience was chattery but chilled, the food quality was excellent. only one thing let it down, the pricing I paid £17 for a small steak and ale pie with ten chips and a thimble full of gravy then because I was still hungry I paid £6.50 for a cup of takeaway soup if money is no object I would highly recommend but if you're penny pinching nip to Aldi and get...
