The food in this place tastes great in comparison to other KFCs however there is this constant struggle with missing items on delivery.
So this one time we decided to ring them up just to be told it was probably stolen by the driver? I would just want to know how can this young gentleman answering the phone assume it was the driver when I told him it’s not the first time this happened.
Also interesting fact that whenever we go in, they always seem to get the order right, it’s only the delivery orders that are pretty much always wrong. And then the chicken pieces. The amount of times I was only given drumsticks or told “we only have drumsticks, is that okay?” No it’s not, I personally don’t like drumsticks, I can tolerate one or 2 but as far as I’m aware, it should be a fair mix, not 4 drumsticks and 2 wings. I haven’t gotten a larger piece of chicken in months and whenever we come in right after they’re open, their staff are eating? There is always 1 person who works there sat down eating yet they don’t have enough chicken to serve the customers?
I’m honestly tired of getting vouchers at this point, I have about 3 vouchers due to items missing from my orders, can’t use them all at once and they expire. It just shows that kFC as a company likes to throw vouchers at customers instead of actually resolving the issue.

Read moreThe staff are a major problem, you turn in and the first thing you see is staff sat on the floor outside smoking. Go in and the not one employee greets you with a friendly smile or manners. The attitude stinks in there, they amble around whilst the queue grows and grows without a care in the world. They speak to each other like dirt in front of customers. Ordered at the kiosk, specifically to takeaway. Food arrives on a tray so I tell the girl it’s to takeaway. She looks at me like I’ve just insulted her, then proceeds to put things in a bag sideways so all the food falls to the bottom of the bag mixed up. I tell her that’s the food is now at the bottom so could she put it in flat so it doesn’t fall again. She just can’t get her head around what I’m saying…my 4 year old daughter would’ve understood. Others customers are just baffled at the stupidity and the just eat driver also tries explaining to just put the items in flat. She ends up replacing the items as I’m saying to her ‘you don’t need to replace them, just put them in flat’. Was like banging my head against a brick wall. All the while she’s pulling her face. Just do your job properly in the first place. The restaurant seems to have no authority figure to sort these staff out. Read moreI wish there was a negative star, recently I had been to this kfc the service and staff behaviour was horrible. We placed order for a zinger meal take away, the guy near the counter kept a zinger burger on the tray and left. I kept on asking was it my order, if so I had ordered for a take away and it was an zinger meal not just the burger, but the rude staff did not bother to even respond to it. Later he was packing the chips, few pieces fell on the tray and the staff did not have a glove he kept the wings and chips in the same bag with his bare hands. I told can you pack them separately and again he did not even bother. Later he missed for super charger sauce, I had to remind him. by the time I get my zinger meal it was worst experience I ever had. The look in the KFC staff was as if he was doing some sort of favour for me or doing it for charity. this incidence happened on 14th December 2024, night around 9PM.
Small piece of advice for the owner or the franchise owner, if this this keeps happening very often there is a high possibility there will be dip in the customers inflow and eventually you would see empty tables, as there is new café Burger king opened just opposite to this kfc store.
Please train your staff or remind the staff to behave properly with customers in a good way else you will have to close...
