Totally agree with a previous reviewer about the black haired woman, think her name is nicola, made my daughter feel stupid by telling her she cant have the 12 box that she had enough 'smiles' for, she then proceeded to ring customer service as my daughter stood there as she could have 'BOUGHT THOSE CODES OFF EBAY!!!' needless to say customer service told her there was nothing about her account that would suggest any wrong doing as I spoke to the exact same advisor later on who had spoken to the black haired woman, I have raised a complaint about it all as my area manager buys a lot of these doughnuts for meetings and saves the codes for us so we dont 'buy them off ebay' or get them any other way than paying for them, this woman needs to get a job that doesn't include customers as she's always been rude with me too, the staff in Blackburn are so much nicer, I will add pictures later if I can of all the doughnuts in the last meeting but ill make sure my company doesnt spend another penny on these, we'll go back to buying cakes that...
Read moreAs a keen donut enjoyer, I was rather excited to try Krispy Kreme Preston, however it soon took a sinister turn. Upon entry one of the workers (clearly an avid donut enjoyer) pulled a face at me - tragic that she had to do her job. As I approached the counter I informed the lady that it was my birthday and I had a free birthday donut to claim on my Krispy Kreme account. Upon hearing this news she got very disgruntled and decided to refuse to serve me. This was deeply disappointing! Luckily I was able to return the next day with a new account and another birthday donut to claim. On this occasion I was served by a lovely young woman who was more than happy to serve me. Over the next few days I returned with plenty of new accounts, only daring to venture in and claim my birthday donut when certain workers were on shift. In the future I will stick to Blackpool Krispy Kreme where I am welcome to celebrate as many birthdays as I see fit...
Read moreI have only walked into Krispy Kreme in the St George's Shopping Centre in Preston too have a look inside, without actually buying anything! I wanted to see how much the tea and coffee was compared to the Costa Coffee cafe in St Georges shopping centre in Preston. It is cheaper in Krispy Kreme than the Costa. Krispy Kreme has ample seating inside and is the place to visit in Preston if you like doughnuts as they have a good selection of doughnuts. I would recommend a visit to the Krispy Kreme cafe in St Georges shopping centre in Preston, especially if you...
