Have tried the drive-thru on two occasions since this opened and would never recommend it.

On both occasions most of the options advertised on the drive-thru menu have been unavailable which you’re told one by one as you ask for them, and then after I’ve settled on a lesser option I waited in the queue for around 10 minutes knowing my food was getting colder and colder. For some reason I thought Greggs would be quicker than the other drive/thru restaurant options but obviously not.

To top it off on the second occasion after getting to the payment/collection window (which, as an aside, is bizarrely set several feet away from you meaning you have to lean a way out of the car) I was then advised the lesser option I had selected was now not available either. Won’t bother trying the drive-thru again.

2 stars rather than 1 purely because the staff were...

This morning my husband ordered 3 coffees and toasts. Due to loud music, the staff member couldn't hear the order properly. Despite my husband speaking louder to be understood, she only served 1 coffee and 1 toast. When my husband tried to explain the order again, the staff member told him not to "bark" and complained to the manager. The manager approached and without listening to any explanation:

Banned my husband from the restaurant Demanded he leave immediately Threatened to call the police

Summary Very unprofessional approach to customer service. Instead of resolving the misunderstanding, the staff responded aggressively. We expect better service standards from Greggs. Would not recommend...

Chicken Banana. Looking at you Shaz 😂

Was treated to a very warm and friendly welcome by the staff, all whom had a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor. Straight away they put a smile on my face and made my morning, with Shaz being exceptionally amazing by her genuine care and interest not only in me, but all who walked in and by her outgoing nature.

Customer service above and beyond and a great start to my day by Shaz and the other members. Look forward to coming again in...
