The coffee is nice but I didn’t feel the same about the staff today. There were three of them, two ladies and one guy, as I approached they were chatting and continued to do so even though I was standing there waiting to be served (what bothered me the most is that they didn’t even acknowledge me) I am happy to wait but don’t ignore me! Once I was served, I was waiting for my drinks and someone else came along and they did the exact same thing, not even a hi! Won’t be long etc the fact that they looked at the guy and looked away without saying a word i find extremely rude (instead of chatting to each other, speak to your customers) At the same time one gentleman brought up his used cups and plates. They took it off him and didn’t even say thank you. The guy working there today needs to learn how to smile, there was nothing at all from him. He truly hates his job. Very disappointed with the service.
