Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Redditch

Just witnessed a customer be completely ignored by a tall male member of staff whilst he carried on his conversation on his mobile phone. Even though the customer very clearly requested assistance the member of staff just ignored him. Even after said gentlemen aired his distane quite loudly he was still ignored. Appalling service from a so called service industry. Lazy staff should have known better. Cudos to the female staff member...

Highly militant staff member re Covid guidelines. The male staff member at around 11am on 4/9 seemed to highly enjoy telling an older who entered through the 'wrong' door that they must exit & re-enter through the 'correct' door. He was equally arsey over queuing distances. We weren't asked for our details for track & trace purposes though (presumably because that would have meant doing actual work rather than bossing...

Came here today and was not a lovely visit was served at till with what do you want and then walked away halfway through order then when made coffee just looked and pointed ask for chocolate sprinkles and didn't even acknowledge. Too busy talking to work colleagues about there holiday. They were all to busy talking and having a laugh when the tables need emptying... Would not recommend...
