Dont order cini dippers!! Mine were completely savoury , not sure why they are in the sweet treat menu when only the dip is sweet. It tasted like straight bread , there was barely any cinnamon on my dippers, nothing as advertised. I called to follow it up, rude man answered: he kept cutting in and answering back to issues i didnât mention. For example, I said iâm calling about a delivery to xyz , âItâs out for deliveryâ , I replied saying Iâve received it but the cinnamon dippers had no cinnamon, âwell I packed it myself, the dippers are in the bagâ , again I agreed they are there , but theyâre incorrect. He then said he did it himself and thereâs enough cinnamon on it. I donât believe the customer is alway right, but they should be at least be heard out and not talked over when mentioning an issue. Hereâs what i received ( I began to eat when I realised the store would be completely unhelpful and I was stuck with tasteless bread) vs what is advertised. And yes advertising may not be fully true, but iâve honestly received the same if not similar to the advertised product from other stores. Better quality food is needed, and more polite staff...

We did the same this year and they forgot one of four pizzas. The delivery lady was rude and snappy as though she wasnât expecting to deliver pizzas, even though she got a delivery job. We tried calling immediately but nobody answered. We filled in an online form and were told they would refund the forgotten pizza. The pizza we ordered the previous time took over an hour and was warm at best. The same delivery driver had logged our order as delivered 15 minutes prior to delivery. We were told we could have a free item next time we ordered. We tried to add a free item by calling them and because the manager wasnât available, they wouldnât authorise it. The person who I spoke to on the phone started raising his voice and of course mine voice matched his attitude. This is the worst service I've ever received from Domino's ever. Whoever spoke to me on the phone had no intention of attempting to resolve the situation. He had the cheek to put the phone down on me for raising my voice despite him speaking over me and raising his voice. He then called back again and still refused to listen to anything. Even the tracking tool sat on order so I was suprised to hear that the delivery had arrived.
