Third edit: Keep going here every week, lovely staff, great food, amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Second edit: After speaking with the owner, they had apologised as it was quite busy and I had overreacted.

I will be going here again as usual.

Edit: After going here quite regularly, twice a week or so, they have started to drop their standard service that I use to receive.

Phoned up for orders, specific instructions such as no salad or sauce and I received the food with salad and sauce all over my meal on multiple occasions. There may be a language barrier but I repeat the sentence very slowly and they repeat it back to me but still make the mistake.

When I tried phoning up that I received the food with the salad and asked for either a refund or a new item (as the salad was all over the food, not just to the side), they told me that they were too busy to talk and put the phone down.

Extremely unhappy with that service that a customer who goes here regularly has been turned away on a simple mistake.

I don't plan on going here anymore and will find another local café and recommend that one to my friends and family.

Servers are kind and informative with menu and daily special options.

Greatly priced menus and massive portions. Struggled to eat my portion!

The food came out extremely fast and cooked to perfection.

There's lots of seating area inside and outside.

Parking is very limited as it's on a busy high street, early bird gets the worm, or in this case, breakfast!

My family and I recently visited Banstead Cafe, and we had a delightful time! I ordered the Full English breakfast, which was absolutely delicious - the eggs were perfectly cooked, the bacon crispy, and the sausages bursting with flavor. My wife opted for the Pink Lady, a delightful dish that she thoroughly enjoyed. Our daughter had the Kids Fish Meal, which she loved, accompanied by a tasty Biscoff milkshake.

The food was not only tasty but also served promptly. The staff at Banstead Cafe were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The cafe's warm and inviting atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of our meal.

Banstead Cafe is a hidden gem in the area, offering a diverse menu of delectable dishes and top-notch service. We were impressed with the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff. It's the perfect spot for a family outing or a casual meal with friends. We're looking forward to...

Went here to get breakfast. paid the woman got given my change by her to then be accused of trying to steal a few quid buy her in an aggressive manner and tone. What she didn’t know is I was with a friend who knows Turkish so when she was cussing me off to I presume her husband we understood every word and what you called me! To that I went up to her and said you know what give me my money back and il take my business elsewhere to which I did. Utterly disgusting and disgraceful customer service. Just because you speak a foreign language doesn’t mean we don’t understand 😉.

I’d recommend if you wanted to be treated right and have customer service avoid this place and take your business elsewhere. Moving forward I will not be going here again nor recommending you to anyone.
