THE worst costa coffee i’ve ever visited. As a Costa coffee fan and local resident. I can honestly say the customer service here is truly awful. Cold coffee, cold customer service and no smiles!!! This is one of the better of the Costa chain. Friendly staff but I do get annoyed that no staff seem to want to clean toilets or employ a cleaner. This is one of many Costas that don't clean toilets.
