KFC Redhill - Berkeley House — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

I don't think they have ever got my order right once. There is, without fail, always something missing or something I hadn't actually ordered in there. I'm not sure why they have such trouble as there always seems to be about five or six people working there, but there is NEVER any food actually ready - it's as if they genuinely have no idea people ar expecting to order things.

They've had to get the touch screen order machines in because anyone working on the tills generally needs to have the order repeated to them four or five times before they supposedly get it, but invariably, what will happen is one of the following:

They'll give you someone else's order

They'll give you your order, but genuinely forget to put the actual chicken in it

They'll give you your order, but it will be missing fries (but usually have something like 4 coleslaw in there at random)

If you're really lucky, all three will happen to you. It's almost as if they don't even know what is on their own menu or that they can't read the screens which clearly describe what has to go in which order.

You will, without fail, need to wait 10 minutes for your order and when you get it, open it at the till and check first. Definitely don't ever order delivery as you'll be even more out of luck.

I've had a look at the previous reviews and it seems that it's orders placed on line with delivery companies that customers were unhappy about. I /We Can only say Thanks for the perfect sit in meal. We decided to eat in on Wednesday the 27th July at just after 7pm as the place looked spotless it was very clean and tidy throughout It was very busy with takeaway drivers collecting orders in fact it was nonstop during the time that we were in. We both ordered the Boneless Box meal The Service was excellent we were greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome Fast efficient ordering process Everything appeared in double quick time Absolutely perfect meal everything was hot and tasty Chicken lovely and tender inside a crispy coating. One of the best KFC meals that we have had in a long time. DELIVERY DRIVERS. It was interesting watching the delivery drivers collecting the orders Very little care taken by some as some of the orders were just thrown / chucked into the bags some sealed the bags others could not be bothered we watched a couple of them collect the order then stand outside having a drink or having something to eat meanwhile the collected items were sitting in the bags.. Not really impressed with them at all.. I won't name and shame the companies that the worst offenders...

Very sad and very disappointing I work in the private sector even though I am a key worker, my partner is a paramedic we both work 12 hours a day we have an hours travel each way, tonight neither of us after a 12 hour shift fancied cooking, we decided to purchase KFC chicken what a mistake the meal is cold The chicken was overcooked to the point of being like a piece of leather the sources that was supposed to have come with the meal were wrong i’m one of the meals they forgot to supply any source, at least they didn’t get that one wrong.We had a 20 minute wait outside waiting for the food to be cooked fresh. In my opinion that food was no more fresh than I am an astronaut going to the moon tomorrow. I could’ve taken the food back but that meant more time out of my evening when I would’ve preferred to have stayed in my house with my partner then running back was in forwards to a KFC complaining about their inability to be able to do their job and that is cook and supply the food as requested Won’t be going back...
