Supreme Fish & Kebab — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

Having been a customer to Supreme Fish & Chips for several years (as it was easily the best fish & chips in the area), I was a bit sad that it changed hands. When Supreme Fish & Kebab opened, I had heard a couple of bad experiences, both with quality of food and service. However, I have now had takeaway from here several times personally and can absolutely recommend it. While it's not the best I've ever had, the variety and options available make this a fantastic choice if you are feeling between a few different takeaways. I normally get the 1/4 pounder with extra slices of doner meat, a saveloy, chips, and onion rings. As a picky eater, I always get my burger plain, and it has always come that way. The burger itself is really the only sub-par piece, it is still good. Doner meat is decent; flavourful and not too greasy. Saveloy bangs, unlike some fish and chip places, these ones actually have some flavour. I always get the chippy-style chips (very good again), and I believe the skinny kebab-style chips are available as well. Onion rings also bang. I also recently decided to try the chicken strips, and holy hell, they're better than KFC (especially for the price). Even with the chicken strips, I paid less than £25 (through Uber, so it includes delivery, service fee, etc), which I would consider very good for the amount of food you get. While my family went into the street, MacDonald just opposite the traditional fish and chips shop. I already fed up with the chain restaurant, just want to try the local special, so i went into the FaC.

Somebody stood at counter area, wait for chips , but seating spaces behind a door, it is a fish and chips restaurant!!! It looks nearly full at time 1200.

We wait for few mins, a smile-look waitress sets a table for us. We found all surrounding people all mature and old age local people, we concern the restaurant should be very good.

We have ordered Special filtered coffee with single cream Fish n chips with you choice of cod, haddock, plaice Kids menu

Very good fish and chips. fresh fish, thin butter flour coated, well drained chips, not oily or soggy, Very nice mashed peas and couslaw as well.

This has to be the worst possible service I have ever recived.

On Entering I waited nearly five minutes to be even looked at,once I attempted comunication to be served I was ignored!

Considering the place was empty and clearly no customers,it was strange to be treated so rudely.

After being asked what do I want,I replied do you have any fish. I was told it would be 5 minutes,then the server walked off.

Not sure how this place has so many good reviews with such bad people skills, I did not stand around and allow my self to be ignored or spoken to so rudely.

I do not recommend,save yourself money and go elsewhere. Totally rude and disgusting service.

I do remember this place being friendly and worth a visit. It's clearly gone down...
