Mainway cafe — Restaurant in Rochdale

Sometimes you just fancy a nice breakfast and this place certainly did not dissapoint. I don't eat at cafe's often so its always a nice treat when it happens and it needs to tick all boxes. First time their today and won't be the last that's for sure but first impressions, A nice little find for somewhere that's local to me anyway, nice and clean inside, staff very friendly and a good atmosphere with locals. Myself and my father ordered the protein full breakfasts (basically a much more healthier option than the normal full english breakfast, so.... chicken sausages, turkey bacon, poached eggs, etc instead of pork sausages, normal bacon and fried eggs, It's on the menu what you get anyway and can make swaps for personal prefference) except my only downfall was that they had run out of chicken sausages so had to have pork sausages instead but they were nice, thick and delicious anyway, you could tell they were good quality and not to greasy.

overall, food was delicious, well cooked, cup of tea was nice, food wait was not long although it was busy, service was great, staff very friendly, nice atmosphere and just a nice little place to have breakfast for a reasonable price. Will be back again...

The staff working there have a bad service towards Uber eat drivers and they treat them badly. Customers who order food from the comfort of there house are not taking as priority, I got an order and was told 5 min and 5 min turn into over 15 min this is because they keep making the new customers that work in food as priority even if someone has order like 15min ago and someone just work in they will make the person food before the order and this keep customers blame drivers for delivering there food late but not knowing is the poor staff at the place. Just because a customer order online and not there physically does not make the person less of a customer than who walk in, they are but paying the same amount on...

We visited this lovely cafe today and really enjoyed everything about it, the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. My friend is gluten free so they even nipped to a local shop to get some gluten-free bread as they had run out themselves. They took time to go through the menu with us to make sure my friend chose something safe for her to eat.
