Extremely disappointed with this service. I placed an order for a Mother’s Day afternoon tea, only for it to be canceled just minutes before the scheduled delivery. No prior notice, no apology, not even a call or message to inform me. This last-minute cancellation completely ruined my plans for the day. Unreliable and unprofessional—would not recommend.
