No where near as nice as it used to be we went for breakfast this morning and the staff aren't as friendly or helpful as they used to be and the quality food has gone downhill a lot. The mushrooms on the breakfast were disgusting and when we asked them to be replaced we heard somebody from the kitchen shout there's no mushrooms left they were the scraps of what's left. visited this morning for a family birthday and staff member said happy birthday and asked if they had any other plans for the day, and a little boy on the table next to us had accidentally dropped a piece of toast and the same staff member replaced it for free which I thought was very sweet

Beautifully Packaged,Everything was Wrapped Individually,and Sent In Sturdy Boxes,cannot fault the Presentation 10/10.
