McDonald's — Restaurant in Rochdale

Honestly speaking if there if I had an option to give a minus I definitely would.

I have raised this issue with a manager who has provided me with an email address to forward the images across.

I ordered 3 Egg McMuffin meals from the McDonald’s branch at Kingsway, Rochdale (Please see attached copy of receipt).

As I was to put ketchup in one of the muffins, I noticed brown stuff in my muffin which I’m assuming is sausage or something which is meat & is definitely NOT halal, they have tried to remove it from my food but not done a good job.

I’ve had issues like this in the past but there clearly has been a sausage which I have gone back to rectify the issue but actually taking it out & leaving a bit that is on. Also in the past i’ve ordered Fish Fingers Happy Meal & received Chicken Nuggets.

People trust to provide food & a service which they are paying for.

Being a Muslim it is forbidden to eat any sort of Chicken or Meat which is not Halal. I thought McDonalds would make my order Fresh but I guess they just wanted to get rid of the food which was left. I will not be order from this place again & also will make others aware.

As always no action will be taken but it is my job to make others aware.

Stopped in here as the kid was crying on way home for food. Wish I didn't bother. The touchscreens ordering menu looked filthy. No receipt. Food came fast, but we had limited places to sit as every table was covered in left over food and packaging, we chose to sit next to a table full of food, drink spilt all over the bench, food all over the floor. I could only presume rochdale finest had been in with their feral kids as 3 baby seats left covered in sauce and food. One waitress came out to clean up the mess, no antibacterial cleaner or cloth just a lot of napkins, and mean all the napkins. She soaked the drink up, cleaned a few bits of packaging off the table, and left all the food on floor. The place was a dump. On getting the condiments, there was a broken ketchup dispenser and no napkins left in the holder, as they'd been used in the clean up. Highchairs were all dirty, then while sat in the window I noticed a mc D's worker coming out of the bin shed carrying a lot of paper cups for the drinks into the main building. Very sanitary! Safe to say I'm through with mcdonalds, this dirt hole of the northwest has put me off all mcdonalds for life. Its a shame too as its the only mcdonalds where the milkshake machine actually works.

On previous occasions, ordered extra cheese. They've failed to add the extras, as paid for, Tonight, they got the cheese quantities correct, after a prompt. Yet, they failed to complete the order, as we noticed an item missing. As if? That wasn't enough to rub salt on a wound, the burger was over cooked, hard, and awful. So, I guess, they must of decided to act on our request to ensure the cheese quantities were correct, but decided on this occasion to short change our order, and over cook our burger(s). It's safe to say, that willl be the last time, we will offer our custom to this branch of McDonald's. I wouldn't recommend it, if anything. I will, ensure that people are aware of the poor quality of service offered to paying customers. We have to work for our money, we expect to receive a quality product and service with the courtesy of not being shortchanged. Never again.

Perhaps McDonald's should invest in eye tests or at least ensure that the IQ of it's employees is above retardation level. Ordered three plain triple cheese burgers. The label said 'Plain' but guess what? It wasn't plain. Good thing we checked before driving off....
