Where do I begin? Or perhaps I should just end? DEAD END!!! which is what the drive thru became 2 nights ago. After ordering my meal and being dealt with rather efficiently my taxi drove forward so I could make payment. I handed over my cash and was given my change with a non sincere apology that my change was 4 pence short. Now it's four pence, it's neither here no there, however I felt as though it was more "whatever" rather than a terribly sorry. Incidentally I noticed I lost out, rather than offering me 5p and them losing 1p. Lol. Think! 4p from their entire customer base and what is the profit to them? Next collection of my meal. Now that should be easy, but no!!! I sat waiting behind another vehicle for 10 minutes patiently, then came my turn. Oh yeah this is when I noticed that I was being served by the same person I ordered with and paid 15 minutes prior. I was then told sorry, but you will have to park up and wait further, to which I pointed out I was in a taxi. Her response" well you shouldn't take a taxi then" lol OMG!! Transport advice from a snotty nose child working for McDonald's. At 1 am Tuesday morning. Fast food? No!! Snail pace food!!! Accompanied by shoddy, rude, void of efficiency, and what I painfully label "service" and only for the want of a more apt noun/verb. I say through grinded teeth the food was actually palatable. Read moreRead moreCame today for quick food to take out. Ordering machine haven’t gave me any ticket so i asked random worker how i could possibly know what’s my number. She told me that they will shout me. Well i was waiting more than 20 minutes while i been asking what’s going on with order (simple order - Wrap, fries, chicken burger and coke). I would understand if they are busy or something but on Monday night they clearly wasn’t. Staff was messing in kitchen throwing fries on each other, bumping to each other and manager haven’t done anything with it. Clearly he coudn’t care less about people are waiting or he was scared to tell people off! Well when i asked 5th time where is my order because i was due to watch film in cinema one of the guy he said that they waiting for fries. Told him just forget about fries and give me what you have as i need to go. Got in bag burger and wrap. Yes i didn’t ask for refund or anything as i’m not bothered about few quid but that’s clearly lack of management and really poor quality service. I’m working as a manager my own and i understand that staff is hard work but common! Working for such a big sompany so find right person to do it! Won’t come back again,...
Ordered from here about an hour ago. Ordered £16 worth of things and when it came I was absolutely appalled. Not only can this not be resolved until uber eats gets back to us, they took that long in providing us with the information we needed to contact uber eats, macdonalds delivery have now closed. We ordered 2 meals with milkshakes and extras on the burgers, an extra chicken mayo and cheesy bites but what came was 2 burgers, 2 milkshakes and fish fingers which wasn't even part of our order. No fries, no extra burger and no cheesy bites. This isn't the first time it's happened either! Now we have uber eats telling us they will review our order and see if they feel we should get OUR refund back, plus having to wait 24 hours or more which is not fully guaranteed. Definitely won't be ordering from this sesspit again when the staff can't even get a simple order right!! It's not even the fact of forgetting one thing! It's missing a full meal and thought they'd be ok with substituting it with fish fingers which none of us who ordered in fact eat! Pull your fingers out, how can you get an order...
