Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Rochdale

Every other time has been fantastic but my latest visit left me not happy as I couldn’t have the drink I wanted and have actually had many times before! I ordered a drink with oat milk and when asked if I wanted cream on top I replied “just a little bit but not too much” as it’s a dairy intolerance not allergy but was completely shut down and told by another worker that she’s not gonna put it on. I understand rules and everything as I work in a cafe myself but the consumer knows more on how they’ll react. Ever since my horrendous experience at tescos cafe in brighouse (food and service) a few years ago, I've been a bit hesitant to eat at any tescos, today however I find myself in tesco cafe Rochdale and the difference is amazing. Cafe is clean and well presented, the service was amazing, I don't know the name of the lady who served me but tesco should give her a payrise, extremely professional and very friendly. Came after school for some hot drinks, I had them in take out cups as they was closing 20 mins after I arrived. The coffee isn't the best and the hot chocolates were awful even my children wouldn't drink them. ALSO 10P each to take away????
