Domino's Pizza - Hockley — Restaurant in Rochford

It's the worst service I have ever experienced, ordered 2 pizzas at 4:30 they turned up at 6:15 absolutely stone cold, I phoned the shop the up during that time and informed they were out then someone else came on the phone and told me they were leaving in a few minutes!! Told them if cold I want my money back, I was promised they wouldn't be cold but yet cold than a block of ice, phoned shop up and complained and got the most sarcastic person ever who immediately got my back up, said only have money back if pizza returned I promptly responded it's in the bin and he said can't have money then, argument then started between myself and him and he threatened to call the police on me, subsequently I have emailed there company and waiting to hear back. They're without doubt the worst pizza shop going and I'll never eat there again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Not worth 1 star out of 5 and if I could give a minus score it would be ridiculous how low it would be....

Very rude staff. I went for collection and the girl (she had red hair and she says she is the manager ) was answering the phone in front of us and ignoring us completely. After that the was screaming in the shop and laughing like we were invisible. If Domino's wants this kind of people to be their imagine it's a shame cause we definetly won't go back as long as that girl is running the shop. We wouldn't feel comfortable. Also a guy left his job in his personal clothes on the main staff door with a can of drink in front of us. I had some friends working there and I know for sure you need to leave the shop on the back door if you don't wear an uniform. He was a very skinny blonde guy. Shame... we really like your Pizza but your staff stopped us...

Ordered pizza on line which said the order would be delivered in 26 mins, 1 hour later after seeing on the online tracker it had been sitting in quality checking ready to be sent out for about 30 mins, I was told they were short on drivers and the pizza was not going to be cold as it was sitting under heat lamps, another 45mins later the pizza was delivered cold, we complained and was told we could get a free reorder when we want, which we've tried to cash in tonight to be told we cant get the reorder and will need to complain to head office...we had a call recording and still they refused to honour the agreement...poor show and yet another customer lost, you're doing well...
