Cinnamon cafe — Restaurant in Rother

Went down to Bexhill for the first time with my family a week ago and had the best experience at this cafe. Being so close to the sea front, we decided to have lunch here. We ordered a burger, loaded fries and a salad each with a drink. It was stunning. The burger was massive and flavourful. The loaded chips were my favourite and also a tasty addition to our meal.

It was so good, we came back later on in the evening for dinner. This time we decided to try the wings and the cajun fries. Each and every wing was so delicious, I'm still thinking about it. One thing I've noticed is that the chicken at this restaurant is incredibly fresh and moist. You can tell it's all been cooked fresh. The service was fantastic and the people running it were so so accomodating and friendly

Wish there was another branch somewhere in London. Still thinking...

Hate to leave a negative review but the reviews of this place are currently 100% 5 stars and we would have appreciated an honest review to warn us of the poor food. Unfortunately we had the worst meal here. Very odd food that did not taste good and we couldn't finish eating due to this. If I said Indian platter but it had olives, glace cherries and pickles mixed together in a fruit salad in it. That's just one aspect and I don't want to slate it all. Don't order the babaghanush or Indian platter. Other people's reviews of breakfast food look better so maybe those menu options are okay. Lovely staff and vibe so it's such a shame...
