McDonald;s is McDonald's is McDonald's. This particular franchise has had some ups and downs over the years, but I'm pleased to say that they seem to have increased their customer service profile and staff have become more proactive to the consumers. Bathrooms are tidy and I'm delighted to see that the disabled toilets have finally been properly managed so that the doors remain locked, allowing disabled to use their own pass keys, or access to store management for entrance. As for the progressive DIY electronic ordering system; whilst it works it still suffers from its failure to be fully proactive to customer needs. For example - I can order a Coke, but I have no way of asking for extra ice, or little ice, etc. It's still have it McD's way or the highway. I've never thought of McDonald's as dining. It's a company which sells toys and should you want a burger or drink with that then it's available. Nor do I consider McDonald's as dining in any permutation. It's fuel. But for my past fifty years of consuming McD's throughout the world, I've grown to accept it's a place I can go to add some fuel to my body. But no matter how I try, I doubt I'll ever be able to rid myself of the nagging regret I have after having consumed one of their meals. The regret is not only from a nutritional or flavour standpoint, but a monetary one as well. Value for money no longer seems to be part of the marketing formula for anyone visiting a McD's. The experience you get from most franchises of McDonalds are indefinitely similar to each other. With the frantic hustle and bustle in the kitchen at peak times, it's clear why the staff are incapable of being able to provide an order that is complete.

After having multiple visits to this franchise, I have always seemed to have something wrong with my order. Whether this be egg shells in my breakfast muffins, missing condiments, or just the wrong order entirely, there's always something to keep you on your toes...

McDonald's food will forever be the same overpriced concoction of frozen burger patties reheated with fries that are never quite filled in their container. This used to be a place that families could go for a cheap meal when the parents wanted a break from cooking for one day. But now, it's priced like a boutique burger joint, and this isn't one of those.

Overall, the McDonald's experience is what you expect from it. As long as you don't want anything from the ice-cream machine, you're usually pretty good to order anything from the menu and get an edible meal that will leave you still hungry afterwards; unless you also get a 20-piece nuggets sharebox to yourself. With the inconsistency of the orders being fulfilled, every collection is an anxious rifle through your food as it gets colder by the second to see if they have truly given you what you paid for, or if there is indeed something they have missed or...

"I removed my previous review to write this" As with most people I get an hour lunch, 30 mins of that was sat in a parking bay waiting for food while McDelivery orders were flying out fast! I went into the branch which took another 10 mins before any of the many workers actually recognised I was there! (They all just look at you and just get on with whatever they are doing). Was told they are busy and it would take longer! Found the order taken was incorrect so had to wait even longer, flat drinks, melted ice! Guy handed me the food like I was a mobile warmer! I asked that he keep it somewhere warm and it was dumped in the fry station. All of the food was cold and to add insult to injury, I was buying lunch for me and my colleagues.... My burger was missing! - Terrible service from an increasingly worse company! - I honestly don't think these people get any training anymore! even at a common courtesy level! I'm done with McDonalds.... for the last time! - Too much focus on delivery orders and NO focus on the store full of customers! Clearly the branch has been told to prioritize delivery orders over instore but according to the reviews on delivery the efforts to do this aren't working! Go somewhere else for your food!
