Domino's Pizza - Dinnington — Restaurant in Rotherham

Would leave zero stars if possible. Ordered and paid for extra cheese on the pizzas (20/12/24), one of the pizzas came with no cheese on. Not sure if it was some kind of joke from the staff. When we phoned about the issue it took 10 minutes of ringing before a man who could barely spoke English answered. When we explained about the missing cheese on the pizza, he hung up on us. This level of customer service is disgraceful after paying over inflated prices for an average pizza. We had no choice but to eat the pizza which was very dry. Two of the dips was also missing. Will be continuing to support local pizza shops in future instead of domino's. Avoid, it's not worth the stress. See...

ABSOLTELY RIDICULOUS! Shambolic in fact. My pizza was served with sweet corn when i asked for a pepperoni passion. My chicken strips were stale and rock solid. I think my teeth have broken!!! The staff there, Ethan Jones, was incredibly disrespectful and even shouted at me for falling over. He should have helped me too my feet but instead made me feel like a helpless penguin. SIGH! To try and save this helpless organization, i applied for a delivery job but was disrespectfully ignored and not even taken into consideration. The quality of the pizza was out of this world. I believe the Male who made the pizza was called Dave should memory serve me correctly. A perfect distribution of sauce and the right amount of cheese... not too much... not to little. Honestly this man deserves a promotion for his hard work and devotion to the franchise. Probably the best dominos i have consumed in my life. i will be returning to be bless my taste buds with this beautiful pizza once more. All the best to dave and...
