Four Seasons Cantonese Restaurant — Restaurant in Rotherham

Me and my family have been using this restaurant for their take away service for a number of years now. Always been happy with the food quality, price and friendly staff. However, we noticed about a year ago things started to change slowly. The prices went up, the food wasn’t of the same quality and we stopped going as often.

Recently for my husbands birthday I went to collect an order that cost us over £100 and was very impressed when the lovely member of staff helped me to the car with the massive box of food. We then got it home and it was hot, but we ordered two ducks of which probably only half of one was edible. The rest was just duck skin that was over cooked and took the meaning of ‘crispy duck’ to the extreme! The ribs were just basically lumps of fat on bones drowning in sauce and the noodles were so greasy! Very disappointed and since then (although we can’t prove it was food related) two members of the party have been poorly with sick and runs. I’m so disappointed.

We have been very loyal customers for so many years now. It’s our Christmas traditional to have a Chinese take away on Christmas Eve - but I will not be using four seasons again....

Just visited with family. Good food but just because we asked for a breakdown of the bill a member of staff approached the bar shouting at us so loudly it was embarrassing. She actually added up the bill incorrectly and never apologised!! To say I was appalled was an understatement. I have never been treated so badly. Shame on you, so unprofessional and irate.
