Used this place before so to receive a rock hard unable to bite garlic bread not the usual soft dough then to be called a lier and refused refund as 2 late for a replacement as shop was then by the time I received it past closing time a total abuse to a previous customer plus my orderes recently have arrived cold but no when we receive hot food and give a good review the next order is bad we are liers charming taken money then don't care about customer satisfaction .garlic bread was inedible should be at least offered to be free on next order but they now don't deserve a next...

Ordered food had to phone 1.5 hours later to see where it was told 6 minutes. Had to phone again 30 minutes later as still not delivered. Told food sent given to wrong person supposedly was getting recooked 5 minutes later delivered freezing cold either they have gone and got the food back and delivered it to us (believe this to be the case with the food been cold) or it been sat for 2 hours. Either way bad food and BAD SERVICE would recommend staying well away if this is typical service and specially with being told food gone to someone else then...

We’ve ordered from here a few times now & the food is always beautiful! Tonight one of our burgers was wrong so I rang up to let them know & they sent a replacement out straight away which was very much appreciated! We are all human & make mistakes, it’s how you deal with them that counts & this place went above & beyond! They were so friendly & polite!
