Sicily Pizza — Restaurant in Rotherham

Rang and placed an order for delivery, £18 later and this is what we received🤮we instantly phoned the shop back up, but no answer due too them shutting witch clearly states they rushed my food witch is why it turned up in this state!so we drove down & again the shop was shut the food wasn’t edible it wasn’t appetising we completely left the pizza and chips packaged up & rang back the following day as soon as they opened and was told too call back between 8/9 too speak too owner and when calling back at 8:30 i was told the owner wasn’t in till Thursday so we went down too the store with the pizza & chips that was delivered the night before still packaged up showing them all the times we tried ringing the store after the food was dropped off showing them photos of how we received the food for them too do nothing about it the pizza and chips i paid £16 for i paid too be delivered and was taken off me by the guy over the counter I didn’t want too eat it it was a day old but the £16 i paid for the food he now has the food so i should have just gave his restaurant £16.absolutely poor shocking...

Don't often review takeaways, however sicily pizza went above and beyond last night and tonight. Many other takeaways wouldn't.

In a nut shell, we placed an order last night. Before it came, my son needed to attend hospital accident and emergency. I rang up on the way in mad panic to cancel our order as we're obviously weren't home to answer the door. But I had paid by card.

They wished us well, told us to ring another night and they would honour our order. I didn't expect this, even though we do always use this takeaway. But they kept their word, let our credit roll over. But more than this It were the personal touch and asked how my son was.

I appreciate this isn't about the quality of food, however if we always use this takeaway then I think that speaks volumes about their food l, always being hot, aswell as...

Absolute worst take away I have ever been to

The cheese burger and donner meat must have been microwaved as nearly half an hour after been delivered it was still boiling hot and difficult to hold/ eat

We got 2 pizzas as Well, the cheese was extremely rubbery and had no flavour, the dough also was under cooked

And as I ordered off just eat I rang up to ask a simple question about the deal (the deal was for a friend and noticed after ordering)

The person on the phone was extremely rude and didn't even let me ask by question and just wanted me to ignore me

Absolutely awful food and even worse service, will NEVER EVER USE THIS...
