I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment with Starbucks due to their ongoing issue of not having the necessary ingredients for their cold drinks, despite prominently advertising them on their TV screens. This deceptive practice has left me frustrated and questioning the integrity of Starbucks as a reputable coffee chain.
On multiple occasions, I have entered Starbucks with the intention of enjoying a refreshing cold beverage, only to be told that they are out of essential ingredients. It is baffling that a company of Starbucks' caliber cannot effectively manage their inventory and consistently stock the necessary components for their advertised drinks.
What makes matters worse is that the TV screens within the store consistently showcase mouthwatering images and descriptions of these unavailable cold drinks. This misleading advertising creates false expectations for customers, who eagerly anticipate a particular beverage only to be informed that it is unavailable. It is a clear case of false advertising, and it reflects poorly on Starbucks' commitment to customer satisfaction.
If Starbucks is unable to maintain a sufficient supply of ingredients, they should immediately rectify the situation by updating their TV screens and informing customers before they enter the store. Continuously advertising products that are not available is not only misleading but also shows a lack of respect for their customers' time and desires.

Read moreRecommend the Hickory Ham & Cheese Toastie; lovely. Washed down with a nice mug of cappuccino (regular) perfect stop gap on a chilly morning. Located well in the retail park and plenty of parking spaces. Full glass windows which give it a nice airy feel but when the sun is low it is a little blinding however I did not notice if they had blinds to use. Accessible toilets for wheelchairs also which are clean and kept hygienic. Its suitable for say a half hour sit down, able to chat with ease as tables nicely spaced. However I've given the atmosphere 4 stars as a dog was sat on the settee with a customer and was yapping. It did not appear to be an aid assistance dog and I dont think it's really appropriate to bring animals to such a place. I've given the service a 4 also; as with every visit here, the drive-thru service takes precedence over the customers queuing inside. It can mean the queue is back to the entrance within minutes and I imagine at really busy times its chaos. For the staff there usually its 3 or 4; just a bit more coordination between the service counters would be good. All in all I would recommend and I shall be going again maybe squeeze a trip...
