Walked in and no one in the que. I still had to stand there for around 5 minutes before getting served. I told her I wanted a name of a sandwich I had seen on the website and she said they don’t do that one there. A little confused I told her I saw it on the website, she said she could make it me but it will cost more. Why would it cost more to make the exact same sandwich you show on the website?. Anyway I got a sandwich and as usual not a lot of filling. I even asked for extra salad to try and make it a decent sandwich but that was a fail. Tried to call subway but phone rang out for 5 minutes...

None of the sandwiches had cheese on, they were missing ingredients, skimping on sauces. None of the crisps were what we ordered, we all got plain ready salted. You’d think if you’re going to swap items you would ring the customer first to check it’s ok? Sandwiches were also quite cold.
All the cookies were thrown into one bag, one person had a nut allergy so they couldn’t risk eating theirs.
For £43 quid you’d expect a lot more. Never ordering...
