The worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food establishment. Was kept waiting whilst a single girl served loads of customers. There were at least 2 more staff on, but neither felt like serving to get the queue down. Finally, it was my turn. The young girl started my order, but instead of finishing it, she decided that it would be a good idea to serve the group of ladies that had just come in behind me, leaving my sandwich on the side, whilst she sorted their big order out. Finally, my sandwich went in the toaster. After it had finished, she decided that she should put the salad in the ladies’ sandwiches before mine. No idea what logic she was using there. Anyway, I said something and she served me first. After 20 minutes in the queue, I’m told that I can’t sit in bc they’re closing early today. 5pm instead of 6.30pm. It was 4.30 when I got to the till. I understand that they have to clean up, but I’m only eating a sandwich. Won’t take me long at all. Also, if they were more competent and were actually working, instead of standing around and doing absolutely nothing, perhaps I’d have had time to sit in and eat my meal. Read moreClearly staff who do not want to work. I was waiting to be served (I was the next customer) a lady in front had ordered her family’s food. At which the dark haired women had come free as the other lady had took over with the sandwiches. So I thought right my turn now. But no she started cleaning down (which is absolutely fine) but she was not just cleaning she was clearly doing everything so slow to not serve me. She then started walking around messing around with gloves and blue roll. And then.. she was finally free and not doing anything BUT instead of serving me after standing there for what felt like forever,. She started a conversation with the previous customer! And blatantly did this to not serve me?! I turned round and walked out that shop! She needs some customer service training for sure! Read moreI'm sorry but this subway needs some help managementwise, the staff all stood around smirking, zero interest in talking to the customers ,just grunts from one lad who served us and to be fair he was the best member of staff on ,got the job done but zero customer service skills! All the tables were empty apart from one when we walked in but all of them were dirty and the floors were the same, but with 4 staff all standing around I couldn't understand why this was!! I had to ask for our table to be wiped so we could sit down. The 2 sub sandwiches were fine but the nachos (that I had to remind them were still in the microwave ) weren't very nice just so poorly presented ,such a shame as we love subway but that visit really...
