Staff and food nice. Would recommend for a bite to eat at lunch for sure. Greeted at the door and very quickly served by the staff, no waiting around which is always a bonus. Menu has LOTS on offer. I had the Pollo Picante panini which was nice but a bit too saucy for my liking (that’s just me being fussy though, partner also had it and loved it!). Friends we were with had the mega breakfast, now would highly recommended that! Bowl of chips easily serves two.

Fantastic little place! Was busy when we went in but still a few tables to choose from, when ordering we were advised a 25 minute wait until it was ready which wasn't a problem and good that we were told at the time of order. Food was lovely, will definitely return next time we're in Rugby.

Absolutely amazing food. We were the only people dining on a Friday night that I found so sad. People of Rugby don’t obviously realise how amazing this place is for dinner. I highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Shambolic experience. Started off disastrously and didn’t get any better. Not welcomed in by staff for a table (not sure which was ready/wiped clean) so anyway…pitched up somewhere ourselves. Lady who served us was lovely, she clearly wanted to help but was undertrained to do so. She couldn’t use the tablet to take a simple order of a ham/cheese sandwich and chicken toasted panini. Took her 5 mins to come back after she figured out after consulting with her boss. Waited another 40 mins and still no food…asked to pay and have it bagged up to takeaway as we had to be elsewhere. Salad (which looks unappetising as it was doused in dressing) would have been impossible to eat with hands and takeaway bag had no wooden/plastic cutlery in the takeaway bag at all. Simply not exceptable wait time (especially with no courtesy given to explain the situation/cause for delay). For a proper cooked meal this wait time would be unacceptable. For a couple of sandwiches (one of which toasted) completely out of order. We gave it a chance as Bacco lounge was full. I’m all for supporting independents, but please work on your hospitality and getting the basics right! From start to finish we were inside for just over 1 hour and left with a bag of...

First time dining here, having only become aware of their new evening opening times after meeting family here for coffee during the local Bikefest.

Staff were friendly and polite throughout and were attentive without being overbearing.

Evening menu offers a good variety of Italian and Mexican dishes. Food was very well presented and tasted as good as it looked. (Sorry, forgot to take photos, was too busy enjoying our meal.)

Atmosphere was pleasant, quiet with a nice mix of background music, not so loud as to be intrusive or make conversation difficult.

One observation (suggestion?): maybe change the condiments on the tables to something more in keeping with the new evening menu - chilli sauce, garlic mayo, that sort of thing - rather than tomato ketchup and brown sauce.

Anyway, would definitely recommend and will definitely be back...

After being recommended by a friend, I was left a little disappointed. The service was slow ,but to be fair it was busy so we were hoping the food would be good, as it was so busy. So we thought it must be good here, but it weren't the best. Had full English breakfast x2 , it was cooked quite well, however the quality of sausage is poor. For the money I'd expect better. The bacon 🥓 had a lot of rind on it which I don't mind if it's cooked crispy but it wasn't. Cheap tasting tinned tomatoes 🍅, cold beans. Toast didn't arrive until we had finished. They left the previous customers cutlery and plates on our table .All in all not the worst ,but definitely...
