Buns & Bones — Restaurant in Rushmoor

The food is top tier. I had a smash burger with peri salted fries and sweet and sour wings as well as the buffalo wings.

The bun was soft but held the burger together well, and the meat was juicy and tasted great, with enough sauce to give it the extra flavour but not too much so as to overpower it.

The peri salt on the fries was flavoursome but not too spicy or strong, and the sauces were served in tidy pots each with their own distinct flavour.

I normally enjoy buffalo wings in most places so there were no surprises that I liked those, as they were crispy yet tender and juicy, but the sweet and sour wings were even better (it’s difficult to get the level of sweetness right on chicken but they have definitely nailed it). This clearly isn’t their first rodeo as they have got the taste and textures just right.

The staff are friendly and gave me good recommendations on what I might like based off of what I had told them about my preferences.

I just landed in London, and my stomach was rumbling something fierce. I stumbled into this tiny little burger joint, not expecting much, but boy, was I wrong. The moment my burger arrived, it was game over. The thing was so good, I ate my wife's burger, too. I don't feel bad about it at all. The staff were super friendly, the food was unbelievably fresh, and the fries were pretty solid. If you go, do yourself a favor and snag a stool to eat it right there while it's hot....
