KFC Aldershot - Ash Road — Restaurant in Rushmoor

Went in at 10 to 9 on a Friday night, ordered the 10 mini fillets as a quick, convenient dinner. Never have I ever had such dry, bland, rubbery KFC in my life. I've had KFC in about 12 diffierent countries but this, this was the worst I've ever had. I cannot describe how bad this school dinner chicken was. The place was filthy as well but the floor food probably had more flavour. Its not hard to whip a broom round quickly? but then again they mess up the one thing that they're supposed to be specialists in.

I hate McDonald's, but if i knew I would have been served this pile of crap I would have gone there and got some chicken selects amd chanced a Mcflurry. The only, minor good factor was the speed, but this was by default amd actually made everything worse, its not thay hard to throw something has been sat out all day into a bucket. I would have waited 10 or even 15 minutes for good chicken. I won't be eating from this e-coli camp again.

Edit: all jokes aside, 2 hours later I got to view it again. Now I'm 100% not eating from this petri dish. I've never had simple fast food make me...

Drive thru Mon 13 March early evening was a complete lack of customer service and a disaster from a customers' viewpoint. Regular user of this KFC but it could not have been a worse experience. We ordered at the window, the girl hardly opened the window leaving us having to guess or repeat everything she said. Wasn't customer oriented, in fact looked more like she would have wanted to be anywhere but there! Paid. Didn't get given a receipt so asked for one (they usually ask for one at the collection window). Reply was paper run out so we moved on. Collection window - guy came said no ice cream so do you want something else. Went for cookie (not the same when you really looking forward to ice-cream!) then guy came back said no beans! Didn't know cost so asked for BBq sauce dip. Absolutely awful. Lack of communication between the cooking staff to the tills is of great concern. From the moment I entered the fine establishment I felt as though I had been whisked away to the heart of Tennessee in the United States of America. My senses had truly awoken and I could smell all of the herbs and spices that the wonderful colonel had promised me ever since I discovered this restaurant from my home in the United Kingdom. The staff were more like family, greeting me at the door with a huge smile, I could tell they take huge pride in their job, to them it's probably more like a hobby. The ambience felt as though I was in a southern states country home and as I placed my order it was like waiting for home cooked food after a long day on the homestead.
